Alex Vizueta and Michael Barna from Kepner-Tregoe (KT) presented a two-hour problem-solving workshop for the 300 delegates attending the Association of American Railroads (AAR) 32nd Annual Quality Assurance Conference in January 2020. The Association’s mandate is to improve the safety and productivity of rail transportation through quality, and KT’s advanced problem-solving methodology aligns directly with the organization’s focus.
Michael and Alex received very positive feedback from the organizers and participating delegates and played an important role in this year’s conference now being considered one of the best in the event’s 32-year history.
