She is the founder of Heron Strategy Partners and a nationally recognized expert in leadership development.
Kelly teaches and regularly consults with Fortune 500 companies and through executive education programs on all aspects of leadership development including team effectiveness, organizational development, strategy formulation and execution, and talent management.
Kelly has held Dean and CEO positions at top global business schools, has led executive education at UVA Darden, UCLA Anderson, WashU Olin, WashU at Brookings, Emory Goizueta and Miami Herbert. She is the past chair of the board of UNICON, a global consortium of executive education organizations, and previously served on the board of ASCENT, an organization focused on the leadership development of multicultural women.
