Synopsis: What enables someone to be a good problem solver? Experience with the organization or systems you support? While this is true, that same experience can lead people to jump to decisions without working through the entire problem. This lab shows you the power of a structured approach to problem management. You will attempt to solve a real problem with just your experience and problem solving skills. Afterward, we will introduce you to the Kepner-Tregoe method inside ServiceNow and run through the same exercise to compare the results. You will leave this lab knowing how to get to root cause more consistently and be a true problem-solving guru!

Prerequisite: ServiceNow administration is helpful, but not required.
